Role Overview : As a Clinical Nurse, you will contribute to a supportive and healing environment by implementing physician orders, administering medications, and performing essential procedures. Your commitment to quality care and teamwork will ensure our patients receive the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, initiate IVs, and perform treatments, ensuring documentation meets policy and regulatory requirements.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
• Assess patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment in management decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop individualized Plans of Care for all patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while maintaining professional nursing standards.
