Responsibilities :
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files to ensure efficient storage and retrieval.
- Scan and digitize documents to keep records up-to-date and accessible.
- Respond to employee concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage the inbox efficiently, prioritizing and addressing emails and messages.
- Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and care.
- Answer inbound calls, addressing queries or redirecting them to the appropriate department.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create, edit, and maintain documents and spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with teams using Microsoft Teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Support general administrative tasks to facilitate smooth daily operations.
- Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage both paper and digital files.
- Excellent communication skills for handling inquiries and providing customer service.
- Ability to manage inboxes and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with scanning and digitizing documents.
- Comfortable answering and directing inbound calls with attention to detail.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
