The Role : Consultant - Consulting & Analytics

As a Consultant in our Consulting & Analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our competitive intelligence capabilities. You will collaborate directly with clients on various projects, providing strategic support grounded in Norstella data.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Project Execution : Collaborate with the global Consulting & Analytics team to deliver high-quality consulting projects, with a focus on competitive intelligence. Key tasks include :
  • Acting as a project manager for Competitive Intelligence, facilitating monitoring, conference coverage, primary research, and strategic workshops.
  • Collaborating with clients and project teams to design and manage successful project outcomes.
  • Coordinating with the broader team to effectively staff projects.
  • Providing expert guidance and support to project teams.
  • Engaging in project execution through data collection, analysis, deliverable development, and synthesis of findings to deliver insights to clients.
  • Selling and Business Development : Assist the global sales organization in pursuing Consulting & Analytics leads and opportunities, with responsibilities that include :
  • Supporting sales teams as a subject matter expert to enhance client discussions and relationship building.
  • Conducting lead qualification and feasibility assessments.
  • Developing compelling proposals that leverage Norstella’s full capabilities.
  • Formulating effort and price estimates for project proposals.
  • Competitive Intelligence Expertise : Share your competitive intelligence insights and knowledge across the broader team.

    • Qualifications :

  • In-depth knowledge of the pharma Competitive Intelligence landscape.
  • Relevant experience in client-facing roles, particularly in consulting or pharma, driving business growth.
  • Proven track record of high performance and client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Strong collaborative spirit and a positive attitude.
  • Substantial experience in delivering strategic projects within the Pharma / Biotech industries.
  • Solid understanding of biopharma industry trends and dynamics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, life science, or business-related field.
  • Willingness to travel as needed based on client and project requirements.

    • The expected base salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $98,000. Salaries are influenced by relevant skills, training, experience, education, and other factors. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus, in addition to the competitive benefits package.
