HVAC Technician, Lubbock

In addition to meeting the requirements of the General Maintenance Mechanic, this position is required to perform repairs and maintenance functions and evaluate the effectiveness of all HVAC equipment, controls and related systems including but not limited to air handlers, package heat / cool units, heat pumps, refrigerators, ice machines and the HVAC pneumatic control system in a safe and efficient manner. The position requires the individual to perform repair and maintenance function in patient rooms, offices, other assigned areas of the hospital as well as float to support off site Hospital owned properties.

• This is anonsite position, requiring daily attendance at the designated location.
• Candidates must reside within commutable distanceof the following office location :
• Texas : Lubbock
• Flexibility to work a day, evening or night shift as scheduled
• Must beavailable to work weekends and holidaysas scheduled, based on operational and departmental requirements.
