Scope of Responsibility
Registered Nurses provide nursing care to a group of patients for a designated time frame and will routinely lead team of care providers.
Responsible to Director of ICU
- Education
- Associates Degree Nurse or Bachelor of Science Nursing Degree
- Training and Experience
- Current registration with the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners
- Obtains and maintains American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider
- Obtains and maintains American Heart Association ACLS within 6 months of hire
- Obtains and maintains American Heart Association PALS within 6 months of hire
- 1 - 2 years previous critical care experience preferred
