We are a fast-growing, privately owned, modern dental practice looking for a Patient Care Coordinator who thrives in a high-accountability, high-impact environment. This is a sales, communication, and systems role—not a passive front desk position.
You will be the bridge between clinical excellence and financial clarity for our patients.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Presenting treatment plans with confidence, clarity, and urgency
- Verifying insurance and explaining benefits without confusion or fluff
- Converting diagnosed treatment into scheduled care
- Following up on unscheduled treatment daily
- Managing patient objections with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinating with doctors, assistants, and front office for flawless flow
- Maintaining airtight documentation in Dentrix / Adit
