MEP Coordinator – Pepper Construction

Join Pepper Construction, a nearly 100-year leader in innovative, sustainable building. Our mission is to improve quality of life through smarter, cleaner construction—and we’re looking for an MEP Coordinator who’s passionate about technology, collaboration, and high-performing buildings.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate MEP systems using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
  • Resolve clashes and ensure seamless system integration
  • Maintain MEP schedules and track project progress
  • Support BIM workflows, documentation, and stakeholder coordination
  • Lead scope development, bid matrices, and assist with GMP pricing
  • Oversee start-up and commissioning with third-party partners

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of MEP coordination experience with strong BIM skills
  • Proficiency in Autodesk tools; knowledge of ACC / BIM 360 is a plus
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
