Registered Nurse (RN) - Rehabilitation

Job Description

Join our state-of-the-art rehabilitation team dedicated to the care and recovery of individuals experiencing loss of function due to injury or illness. We provide specialized rehabilitation services tailored to the needs of each patient, including those recovering from stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, trauma, amputation, and orthopedic injuries.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in an acute rehabilitation setting.
  • Assist in developing and implementing personalized care plans.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility policies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

  • Active state RN certification.
  • BLS certification.
  • Child and Adult Iowa Mandatory Reporter certification.
  • Basic computer knowledge and effective communication skills in English.
  • Preferred : At least 6 months of experience in acute, rehabilitation, or long-term care settings.
