Application Engineering Co-op

Major Responsibilities :

• Assist other application engineers and perform failure analysis on bearing products as assigned
• Participate in on site customer visits with other application engineers to give support for specific applications / product installation and maintenance / troubleshooting
• Attend training schools for our bearing products and applications to distributors
• Assist in the competitor benchmarking test plan creation and development of new / modified / improved technologies aimed at our bearing products
• Assist in the design of test machines and procedures of benchmark testing
• Supports product analysis during and after NPD or benchmark testing
• Support in updating engineering technical information related to catalogs, brochures and website data
• Assist in solving routine problems with an aptitude for basic problem-solving skills
• Supports product engineering projects
• Complete other projects as identified in co-op project plan
