Preparation or review ability of documents and reports using Microsoft Office based products. Good organizational, clerical, numeric, oral and written language skills. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and / or quantitative productivity standards. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone Able to sit at a work station for prolonged periods of time Must be able to physically type
Position Overview
Triad Financial Services is a leading provider of financial services and solutions, serving clients worldwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Commercial Finance Relationship Specialist I to join our growing team.
Essential Functions :
- Develop a thorough understanding of TFS policies, processes and procedures relative to lines of credit.
- Daily maintenance of credit lines
- Review & decision order requests
- Follow up on current inventory both sold & display
- Follow up for payoffs, monthly interest & curtailments
- Review inventory audit reports daily for needed action
- Foster relationships with the manufacturers / plants
- Managing rental portfolios when the unit on floorplan converts to Rental
- Maintain relationships with communities through recurrent communication
- Responsible for preparing supporting documentation for Rental portfolios
