Compact LPN Nurse Triage

A company is looking for a Remote Dispatch LPN for hospice and home health, part-time, working every other weekend from 10 am to 7 pm CST.

Key Responsibilities

Manage encounters that require a nurse visit and place them in a workgroup

Prioritize workgroup encounters based on acuity and identify the correct on-call staff member

Place outbound calls to arrange visits and relay call information to on-call staff

Required Qualifications and Education

MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact LPN license

Experience with end-of-life care is required

Bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and spoken

Must have high-speed internet and be tech-savvy

Availability to work every other weekend from 10 am to 7 pm CST
