A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A System Administrator II

As a System Administrator II, you will be part of our IT department, working closely with the Cybersecurity & Infrastructure team. The System Administration team is responsible for maintaining our Windows and Unix environments, including certificate management, patching strategy and implementation, and endpoint management. In this role, you will collaborate with the Technical Helpdesk, Security, Networking, and Cloud Administration teams to support, complete, and lead related projects and initiatives. The majority of your time will be focused on Windows, Linux, and Active Directory system maintenance, patching, on-prem hardware administration, endpoint management, identity management, and providing escalation and project support. Success in this role requires the ability to manage multiple responsibilities across disciplines concurrently, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and strong organizational skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
