📍 Bessemer, AL

🕒 MonThurs | 5 : 30 PM 4 : 30 AM

💰 $60k$65k + 10% bonus + shift differential bonus

A leading distribution center in Bessemer is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor (Bilingual Preferred) to join their 2nd shift leadership team. This full-time role is ideal for a hands-on professional with experience in high-volume, fast-paced warehouse or distribution environments.

🛠 What Youll Do :

  • Oversee daily operations : receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping
  • Manage staffing, productivity goals, and performance metrics
  • Support employee coaching, development, and reviews
  • Leverage WMS and labor management tools to optimize efficiency
  • Ensure safety, quality, and operational standards are met

What Were Looking For :

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse / distribution setting
  • Familiarity with WMS and conveyor / automated systems a plus
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
