Responsibilities

This role will support the day-to-day management of the valet operation to ensure the operation is fostering an excellent guest experience, good client relations and promoting a professional and courteous image. Additionally, this role will play a key part in creating and implementing a successful staging plan by utilizing all aspects of the location’s layout to ensure maximum parking capacity.

• Participate in programs to improve client and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required.

Education / Experience Required : High School Graduate. A minimum of six months of valet experience preferred.

Availability to Work : Special shift requirements, if any, will vary depending on a location's hiring needs. If applicable, availability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift and / or week-ends may be required.

License Requirement : Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.

Oral Communication : Speaks clearly; Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions.

Written Communication : Writes clearly and informatively; Able to read and interpret written information.

Guest Service : Have a strong guest orientation and positive attitude. Able to responds to requests for service and assistance in a courteous and professional manner.

Adaptability : Adapts to changes in the work environment; Able to deal with change, delays, or unexpected events.

Judgment : Exhibits sound and accurate judgment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; and use hands to handle cash and equipment. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds.

Salary Range : $18.00 - $23.00 per hour (+ tips

(Please note that the salary range referenced in this job posting is inclusive of both the hourly rate and estimated tips earned per hour
