Your primary responsibility will be to contact businesses and individuals to set appointments for the sales producer to quote their insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling
  • Initiate outbound calls to businesses and commercial prospects from a provided list
  • Gather Information
  • Complete questionnaire with the information needed to complete a quote
  • Handle Objections
  • Address any objections or concerns raised by potential customers with confidence and professionalism
  • Provide additional information to alleviate doubts and build trust

Requirements

  • Able to pass a criminal and financial background check
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills
