Field Service Representative

A company is looking for a Field Service Representative who is self-motivated and experienced in industrial automation.

Key Responsibilities

Performing field service repair and maintenance activities for customers and installed machines

Resolving operational issues in the field through troubleshooting and customer needs assessment

Collaborating with sales teams for machine demos, installations, and customer training

Required Qualifications

BA in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred

3-5 years of mission-critical field service-related experience is a plus

Basic knowledge of electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Effective time management skills to prioritize multiple activities
