Ampla Health is seeking a dedicated LVN Staff Nurse to provide medical support services that ensure a smooth flow of patients through our medical clinics. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist patients in person and by phone; escort patients to exam areasObtain and record vital signs, height, and weight in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)Collect and process lab specimens; perform diagnostic tests and administer immunizations / medications per protocolSupport providers with patient care, education, and treatment plansMaintain accurate documentation, worklists, and care plans in EHR (PCMH standards)Prepare and stock exam rooms; sterilize instruments and equipmentParticipate in quality improvement activities and staff trainingsTravel to other Ampla Health sites as neededQualifications :
Valid California LVN license requiredCurrent CPR certification requiredOne year of acute care or outpatient experience preferredStrong communication, teamwork, and time management skillsFamiliarity with EHR systems and primary care clinic procedures preferredWhy Join Us :
