We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Tax Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax compliance, planning, and management and be eager to contribute to the strategic growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage tax compliance, including federal, state, and local tax returns, ensuring timely and accurate filings.
- Lead tax planning and strategy initiatives to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment on tax matters and financial reporting.
- Assist in tax audits and handle queries from tax authorities.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest tax law changes and industry developments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the efficiency of tax-related tasks.
