About the Job

You’ll handle  R&I and R&R work  on diesel trucks — Powerstroke, Duramax, and Cummins.

Our  Shop Foreman  performs the initial diagnostics; you’ll carry out the repair work and dig deeper only if issues persist.

We’ll help you grow your skills if you bring a solid work ethic and attention to detail.

Certifications are not required  — but if you have them, you’ll be paid accordingly.

We’re organized and efficient, and expect the same from you.

You’ll  never have to sell, write RO’s, or order parts  — we have a dedicated  service writer and parts manager  for that!

Preferred Skills & Experience

Diesel experience preferred (Powerstroke, Duramax, Cummins)

Basic knowledge of diesel systems and components

Familiar with performance parts & upgrades (turbos, fuel systems, emissions, etc.)

Understanding of suspension, driveline, gearing, and wheel / tire setups

Can perform repairs ranging from oil changes to long-block replacements

No transmission rebuilds — only R&R with BD Diesel, OEM, or Suncoast units
