Accounting Associate

Job Summary

Responsibilities :

• Assists financial department with various administrative tasks
• Oversee cash room functions
• Cash room verification, pre-counts, and filling in as necessary
• Maintain the District Petty Cash fund
• Prepare and Maintain Payroll / Personnel Reports
• Calculate commissions paid to Route Drivers
• Maintain Attendance Records
• Maintain Personnel Files
• Process Web Payroll
• Data entry
• Prepare cash reports
• Maintain ICR operation standards
• Supply requested information to Controller
• Process A / R invoices
• Client Commissions
• Vendor maintenance and payments
• Process AP payments / vendor statements review
• Other duties as assigned by the Controller and DGM
