Senior Director, SaaS Product Management Career Opportunity
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Director of SaaS Product Management. The focus of this role is to develop our SaaS solution strategy and roadmap, sharpen product vision, tighten the go-to-market engine, and keep customers thrilled as we scale. You will oversee product management, product marketing, direct sales, sales support, and certain back-office operations for our SaaS portfolio.
Senior Director, SaaS Product Management Role and Responsibilities
- Set the vision and roadmap for all SaaS products, aligning pricing, packaging, and integration plans that lift revenue and margin.
- Build and deliver the annual operating plan; track and improve customer acquisition costs, lifetime value of customer, funnel conversion rates, ARR, customer retention, attach rate, and product gross margin, adjusting quickly when the market shifts.
- Run product marketing, direct sales, and sales support ??? shaping messaging, demand generation, and deal strategy so every launch lands cleanly.
- Identify and nurture strategic partnerships ??? resellers, data providers, and fintech alliances ??? to open new revenue streams.
- Partner with internal teams to expand usage, win renewals, and feed client insights back into the roadmap.
- Lead a high-energy, cross-functional team across product management, UX, marketing, sales, and sales support.
- Work side-by-side with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Legal to ship quality releases on time and in compliance.
- Spot gaps before competitors do and turn them into features customers can't live without.
Senior Director, SaaS Product Management Required Experience and Qualifications
10+ years building and scaling B2B SaaS products, with at least five in a senior or executive role.Proven success hitting growth targets in established SaaS lines ??? ARR, retention, and margin.Track record running both product and commercial teams; able to shape vision in the morning and close a six-figure deal in the afternoon.Fluent in modern cloud stacks (AWS preferred), multi-tenant SaaS architectures, and Agile / Scrum delivery; able to translate market needs into sprint-level priorities.Experience with product-led growth, data-driven decision making, and modern GTM playbooks.High level of energy and emotional intelligence to motivate and manage remote teams.Superior listening and communication skills; able to demo software products and articulate value propositions clearly.Proven ability to craft crisp, data-driven presentations and deliver them confidently and effectively to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.Ability to travel ??? less than 10%.Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA a plus.#RT
