A company is looking for a Technical Training Manager (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
Document processes, create training materials, and establish learning pathways for global client services
Collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to design and deliver impactful learning content
Assess and evaluate training effectiveness using data collection methods and metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
3-5 years of experience in technical writing and documentation
Experience in delivering technical training and video creation / editing
Knowledge of Pharma industry processes preferred
Proficiency with Learning Management Systems and MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
