Job Summary
The Practice Assistant Lead for Infusion Services, in collaboration with the Practice Manager, is responsible for the overall management and operations of the Ambulatory Infusion Center at Brigham and Women's Hospital's Main Campus in Boston, 850 Boylston in Chestnut Hill, and Faulkner Hospital. Reporting to the Practice Manager, the Practice Assistant Lead has direct oversight of patient scheduling, working alongside administrative staff such as front desk and scheduling staff. The Practice Assistant Lead will support the Clinics daily operations, patient flow, referral, and specialty pharmacy medication coordination.
The Practice Assistant Lead is an integral part of implementing BWH and BWFH Ambulatory initiatives and strategic growth plans. The individual will take direction from the Administrative Director and Practice Manager while working closely with referring physicians, peers, and staff to create a positive culture and work environment while achieving service excellence for our patients. We are seeking a highly self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates initiative, and consistently delivers results with minimal supervision.
