MNTN is looking for driven Account Executives and Senior Account Executives to join our Brand Direct Sales team and help grow our footprint in the marketplace. We thrive on a culture that attracts ambitious, responsible team players who want to build their careers in digital sales.

These are hunter rolesyou'll prospect, pitch, and close new business while building and managing your own book. You should have a sharp eye for emerging market trends, an eagerness to chase opportunity, and the ability to adapt as our platform and products continue to evolve. These positions focus on selling into the small and mid-sized business segment.

What You'll Do :

  • Work cross-functionally to manage a pipeline of opportunities, navigate a high-velocity sales motion - discovery, demo, proposal, and closing processes, and consistently overachieve individual sales quotas
  • Generate a healthy pipeline from your target accounts which will require outreach through personalized emails, phone calls, social media, and video
  • Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement through the use of sales tools
  • Become a subject matter expert on the CTV industry, MNTN's platform and competitive landscape
  • Partner with our Customer Success team to onboard new advertisers
  • Give open and honest feedback as to how we can improve as a team

What You'll Bring :

  • 1-5 years in SaaS sales experience in a quota-carrying role preferred, or equivalent experience (AdTech / MarTech preferred)
  • Consistent track record of overperforming against monthly quota expectations
  • Consultative sales experience for products / solutions sold into marketing / sales leadership stakeholders
  • Ability to quickly assess business pain points, develop a strategy, and sell to that strategy on the same call
  • Excellent sales organization skills, attention to detail, and customer focus
  • Strength in your ability to communicate value both on the phone and in email
