Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of commercial lines accounts across a range of industries.
- Support both new business and renewal processes.
- Handle policy changes, endorsements, certificates, billing, claims assistance, etc.
- Build and maintain strong client and carrier relationships through clear, professional communication.
- Collaborate with producers and other account managers to deliver seamless service and ensure client satisfaction.
