A company is looking for a Director, External Expert Strategy & Engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
Establish accountability and process ownership for external expert engagement activities across the Medical Affairs function
Develop and implement a standardized global strategy for external engagement tailored to asset lifecycle stages
Coordinate with various teams to maintain a centralized external stakeholder list and ensure high-quality engagement practices
Qualifications :
Advanced scientific or clinical degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, or equivalent) required
8 - 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with at least 5 years in Global Medical Affairs or Strategic Operations
Experience in managing global engagement processes across therapeutic areas and asset lifecycle stages
Proven success in leading complex cross-functional projects involving IT and multiple business units
Strong technological acumen with experience in Veeva or similar management platforms
