Civil Engineer – Land Development

The successful candidate will contribute to a wide range of civil engineering design tasks for

residential and commercial projects, with a strong focus on design and site grading.

Responsibilities :

 Participate in land planning and subdivision layout for development projects

 Prepare or oversee the development of due diligence reports

 Design and prepare engineering plans, including subdivision, grading, utility, and

roadway plans, suitable for submittal to government agencies for permitting and

approvals

 Draft engineering reports and studies (e.g., stormwater management reports, grading

analyses, development impact studies) for agency review and approval

 Coordinate project work with in-house teams, clients, and external design professionals

 Provide construction administration, site grading review, and observation services

throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications :

 Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field preferred

 EIT or Professional Engineer (PE) license a plus

 Proficient in computer modeling software; AutoCAD / Civil 3D experience is a plus

 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

 Subdivision design and grading experience strongly preferred
