Senior Instructional Designer

A company is looking for a Sr. Instructional Designer, Residential Go-to-Market.

Key Responsibilities :

Project manage large design efforts, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery

Create and update learning content based on a maintenance schedule and stakeholder feedback

Develop inclusive learning materials that adhere to internal style and brand guidelines

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience

10+ years of relevant work experience

Experience with instructional design techniques and learning modalities

Proficiency in tools such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and Microsoft 365

Ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences
