Albemarle is hiring for a Global Quality Specialist. This position is hybrid (3-days per week in office) and located in Charlotte, NC.

What You Will Do

• Lead standardization, harmonization and implementation of quality related systems including SAP-QM, and quality workflows and processes at all global sites in collaboration with site Quality Assurance teams and other stakeholders.
• SAP Quality Management Global Process Owner - responsible for process standardization, optimization, and adoption; including master data governance process, inspection process, certificate of analysis process, quality notification, among others, in Quality Management Module - SAP system.
• Develop training materials and lead training implementation within the organization on the quality systems and processes, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage continuous improvement initiatives related to customer experience.
• Propose, develop, standardize and implement quality tools, processes and enhancements to automate routine tasks.
• Develop and maintain databases and dashboards to monitor, consolidate and improve Customer Quality, Manufacturing Quality, Supplier Quality and Quality Standard Performance.
• Measure effectiveness of optimized systems using data-driven metrics.
• Lead and practice principles of Albemarle's culture and value system.
