Property accountant

Responsibilities

The Proprty Accountant will be responsible for the timely, accurate accounting, analysis, and reporting for assigned portfio of sites. The Property Accountant will gain exposure to a wide range of financial acitivities as you work closely with the VP Finance with preparation of budgets, portfolios, and financial packages. Duites include :

• Create & enter journal entries
• Maintain the general ledger
• Work with Controller to drive monh end close and financial statement preparation
• Perform variance analysis
• Updating supporting schedules

The ideal candidate has a BS in Accounting and 2+ years of relevant accounting experience. Also, you will have attention to detail, organized, and great communication skills.
