Partnership Development : Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with businesses, organizations, and industry influencers to enhance Uptalent.io's market presence. Collaborate with partners on joint initiatives such as co-marketing campaigns, events, or product integrations. Sales Pipeline Management : Manage and prioritize leads efficiently using CRM software to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities. Track and report on sales metrics, including lead conversion rates and sales forecasts. Client Engagement and Relationship Management : Conduct initial meetings, presentations, and demos to showcase Uptalent.io's services and solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction. Market Research and Strategy : Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Contribute to the development of business development strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals. Collaboration and Team Support : Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to align business development efforts with overall company objectives. Provide support and insights to colleagues, sharing best practices and contributing to a collaborative work environment.
