[job_card.job_description]Summer hours (June–Aug) : 6 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM Salary starting at $65,000+ (depending on experience) Vacation, health benefits, and 401(k) after waiting periods Union shop, but this role is non-union Oversee and direct all quality control and quality assurance programs Maintain and improve ISO certification and compliance with regulations. Develop standards, methods, and processes for inspection, testing, and evaluation. Review quality data and implement solutions for improvement Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams Supervise 1–5 QA staff members Use all types of measuring equipment to ensure product quality Investigate and resolve customer quality complaints 5+ years of relevant quality assurance / quality control experience Strong knowledge of GD&T, ISO standards, SPC methods, and quality codes. Excellent communication and computer skills Ability to lead, train, and manage QA staff Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with occasional exposure to machinery, oils, and heat

About the Role :
A confidential client in the manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead its quality program and maintain ISO certification standards. This is not a train-up role — the successful candidate must bring prior QA / QC knowledge and experience, including GD&T and ISO processes. Training will be provided on internal procedures and requirements.
