$165,000 - $185,000 yearly plus growth incentive bonuses

What You Will Do

• Lead complex civil litigation matters from initial investigation through trial and verdict.
• Develop and execute case strategy in high-stakes matters involving extensive discovery and expert testimony.
• Take and defend depositions of fact witnesses, corporate representatives, and experts.
• Prepare and argue dispositive motions, evidentiary motions, and post-trial motions.
• Prepare witnesses and experts for testimony and trial presentation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing clear assessments and strategic guidance throughout litigation.
• Collaborate with experienced trial lawyers and a skilled litigation support team.
• Travel as needed for depositions, hearings, and trials, both in California and nationwide.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. 5+ years of litigation and trial experience.
• Active and good-standing membership with the California State Bar.
• Significant experience handling depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage complex litigation with sound judgment and professionalism.
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to high-quality work.
