Reconditioning Center Auto Inventory Specialist

Join a family-owned automotive leader with 70+ years of excellence. As a Parts Counter Associate, youll be the go-to resource for our technicians and retail customers providing fast, accurate, and friendly parts service that keeps our operations running smoothly.

Compensation :

Competitive hourly pay based on experience up to $20.00-$27.00 / hr!

What Youll Do

Check in and stock incoming parts orders accurately

Pull, organize, and distribute parts to technicians promptly

Look up parts in catalogs, create quotes, and process invoices

Place special orders and monitor backorders or upgrades

Maintain communication with internal and external customers

Perform regular cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy

Support management with damage or shortage claims

Coordinate wholesale deliveries and returns

Scrap warranty and obsolete parts as needed

What Youll Bring

Prior automotive retail / wholesale parts experience preferred (Tekion experience a plus)

Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods

Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
