A company is looking for an Account Manager, Webinar Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and close sales opportunities with clients, including contract renewals and upsells
Present product and service information to corporate accounts and develop relationships with key decision-makers
Collaborate with Sales and Client Services teams to ensure customer satisfaction and manage personal revenue pipeline
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is required
At least 3 years of experience in account management or account growth roles, preferably in SaaS or technology
Experience selling sales or marketing technology, with a preference for webinar or meeting and events software
Demonstrated success working with mid-market and enterprise customers
Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals
