Dispensary Manager- Hartford, SD

The dispensary Manager will be responsible for the direct sales of products to customers. The dispensary manager is the main contact point for customers of our business. Training and performance monitoring will ensure managers and budtenders are successful in assisting our customers while purchasing products. Duties for the dispensary manager include but are not limited to :

• Direct sales of product to customers
• Education of Cannabis etiquette to customers
• Assisting customers with making product choices based on customers' needs
• Fulfilling in-person as well as online customer orders
• Ensuring all compliance rules and regulations of the dispensary are followed daily
• Assist with delegated tasks for opening and closing procedures
• Drive customer sales and retention by utilizing upsell techniques and unmatched customer service
• Managing and providing continuing education to staff
• Basic cost accounting
