GxP Training Associate Director

A company is looking for an Associate Director, GxP Training.

Key Responsibilities :

Define and execute the global GxP training strategy and establish governance frameworks for training compliance

Design and oversee GxP training programs and develop innovative learning solutions

Ensure training programs meet global regulatory standards and monitor compliance metrics

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in relevant fields preferred

8+ years of experience in learning and development, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry

Strong understanding of R&D functions and the regulatory landscape (GxP, ICH, FDA, EMA, etc.)

Experience with learning technologies and data-driven training strategies

Expertise in instructional design and digital learning technologies
