Job Overview

24 / 7 Electric LLC is hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Electric Service Estimator to join our fast-paced and growing team. This position focuses strictly on service-based work-no new installs-and plays a vital role in preparing accurate, cost-effective estimates for commercial and industrial service jobs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with project managers, service managers, technicians, and vendors to ensure each bid is complete, competitive, and delivered on time. This role may require after-hours communication with management companies, so flexibility is a must.

Key Responsibilities

• Review technician notes, jobsite photos, and other documentation to ensure accurate quoting of materials and labor.
• Analyze service job details to identify potential risks, value engineering options, and scope accuracy.
• Develop detailed takeoffs, pricing breakdowns, and proposals for a variety of commercial / industrial service jobs.
• Communicate and coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers for current pricing and material lead times.
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure estimates align with real-world job requirements.
• Participate in internal review meetings to ensure transparency and clarity on estimate expectations.
• Occasionally communicate with property managers and clients to clarify service details or timelines.
