Key Responsibilities

Source and interview clinicians to ensure a seamless recruitment process

Partner with the Marketplace Ops team to prioritize recruitment efforts based on needs

Analyze and report key hiring metrics to evaluate sourcing strategies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred

4-6+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment or clinical staffing

Proven success in sourcing and hiring healthcare professionals

Familiarity with healthcare settings and regulatory requirements

Strong ability to manage in a fast-paced environment
