Job Summary

• Operate postage machines (Pitney Bowes) to apply postage to envelopes.
• Create shipping labels for UPS, FedEx, and USPS using various software.
• Sort, prep, and deliver up to 4,000 pieces of mail daily.
• Prepare mail for scanning and document imaging.
• Operate high-volume duplicating and document imaging equipment.
• Use MS Office, email, and document management systems.
• Perform basic copier maintenance and clear paper jams.
• Maintain records, billing logs, and supply inventories.
• Distribute office supplies, faxes, and mail to staff or designated locations.
• Respond to and coordinate service calls and customer requests.
• Deliver completed jobs within and outside the site, may travel between buildings.
• Set up meeting and conference rooms; perform minor building support tasks.
• Operate additional office equipment (shrink-wrap machine, bindery tools, etc.).
• Stand for extended periods and walk up to 5 miles per day.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of mail and copier areas.
• Perform filing, archiving, and occasional cleaning duties.
• May require overtime, including nights, weekends, and emergency response.
• Work independently, multitask, and quickly learn new procedures through on-the-job training.
• Report to Site Manager, Site Supervisor, or Assistant Site Manager.
