Freedom Detox is seeking a Full Time Day Shift Registered Nurse to join our team in Gastonia, NC!

Pay : $34- $39 per hour with shift differential

Summary

The Registered Nurse plays an essential role in the delivery of treatment at Pyramid Healthcare. The primary function of this role is providing direct nursing services to clients in adult substance-use treatment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete initial Nursing Assessment with new admissions
• Medication administration
• Knowledge and delivery of withdraw management protocols where applicable
• Complete COWS and CIWA scales with appropriate clients per protocol where applicable
• Provide medication education to clients
• Coordinate and support Medical providers with initial assessments and medication management appointments
• Maintain medical equipment in proper working order
• Complete required trainings and mandatory training hours
• Other duties as assigned.
