A company is looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to build and manage the demand generation engine for its advertiser and agency-facing business.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end demand funnel, measuring success by SQLs, pipeline dollars, and influenced revenue
Design and execute multi-channel campaigns using AI tools for audience segmentation and performance optimization
Manage the marketing execution system, including automation workflows, lead scoring, and campaign analytics
Required Qualifications
Proven track record in demand generation and performance marketing in B2B or B2B2C environments
Experience in startup or high-growth settings, with a focus on building growth systems
Hands-on proficiency with marketing automation, CRM tools, and AI-powered content tools
Ability to manage and allocate a marketing budget with accountability to ROI and efficiency metrics
Strong experimentation mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
