[job_card.job_description]Board certified / eligible nurse practitioners. Two or more years of hospitalist experience as an NP is required. Flexible schedule with 7 days on / 7 days off. We understand the importance of spending time with family and enjoying the outdoors. That's why we offer a flexible schedule that allows for work-life balance. Our team covers for each other when anyone is out, ensuring that you can enjoy time off without worry. Cross coverage calls on an ADC of 20-40 and approximately 2-3 admissions / night. This nocturnist role works in a supportive environment that promotes balance and collaboration. Focus on managing cases in an open ICU environment with tele-intensivist coverage, without the expectation of performing procedures or running codes. Macon boasts a vibrant cultural scene, artistic activities, Mercer University, and access to beautiful natural surroundings for outdoor enthusiasts. We are an integral part of our hospital community and a valued strategic partner, maintaining great relationships with hospital leadership and other physician groups.
