VP Commercial / Ag Loan Officer

MidAmerica National Bank, a locally owned financial institution in central Illinois has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, Vice President Commercial / Ag Loan Officer to lead our lending efforts and assist in managing our Banking Center in Marshall County, IL. This is a key leadership position ideal for a motivated professional with a strong lending background and a passion for team development and community involvement.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage a diverse portfolio of moderate to complex commercial and ag loans.
• Seek and build new commercial and ag relationships through proactive outreach.
• Analyze financial data, assess creditworthiness, and negotiate loan terms.
• Guide customers through loan processes, ensuring compliance with lending policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal regulations.
• Participate in community activities to enhance business opportunities.
• Assist in overseeing daily operations at our Henry Banking Center.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and manage loan administrative staff.
