As a locum Anesthesiologist, the provider will offer anesthesia services in a hospital setting from Monday to Friday, typically from 6 : 45 AM to 3 : 00 PM. Responsibilities include supervising Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) while handling a variable number of surgical cases each day, with a majority of patients being adolescents and adults. The position is based in Boise, Idaho, at a Level II Trauma facility equipped with multiple operating rooms and advanced medical technology.

Locum Anesthesiologist needed as soon as credentialed through September! Provider will be added to a pool for future coverage as needed!

• Schedule : Monday - Friday / Generally 0645 - 1500 / 1600, call is not required
• Hospital Based
• EMR : EPIC
• Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day : Variable (8-24+ based on supervision)
• Will be required to supervise CRNAs
• Level II Trauma
• 15 Anesthesiologists in practice
• Patient Age Demographic : Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric. 90%+ of the patients are over the age of 12.
• # of operating rooms : Number of Operating Rooms : 17 MOR, 7 DSC, plus specials, cath labs, endo, radiology
• Credentialing Timeline : 2-4 weeks (depending on licensure)
