Job Summary
Performs diversified functions of limited scope and difficulty within an assigned office. Organizes and facilitates a variety of special projects and / or programs in support of office operations that involve conducting research, compiling data and preparing reports as required. Acts as a liaison between the assigned office and other District offices as well as outside agencies.

Minimum Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of :
o office principles, practices and procedures.
o standard research methods and techniques.
o report writing.
o business English, including spelling, punctuation and grammar.
o personal computer software applications that are used to create reports and documents and to design spreadsheets.
Ability to :
o prepare and interpret narrative and statistical reports.
o analyze data and to make recommendations based on findings.
o handle multiple projects through to completion.
o use and operate a personal computer.
o use word-processing and spreadsheet software applications.
o communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
o establish and maintain effective working relationships.
