Position Overview :

Soliant isseeking a passionate and certified School Nurse to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year. The successful candidate will provide essential health services, promote wellness, and ensure the safety of our students in pliance with Illinois state regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide assessment, treatment, and care for minor injuries and illnesses during the school day

Administer medications and therapies as prescribed by healthcare providers

Develop and manage individualized healthcare plans for students with chronic conditions such as asthma, diabetes, and allergies

Conduct health screenings including vision, hearing, and scoliosis

Maintain accurate and confidential student health records

Educate students, staff, and families on health and wellness topics

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and healthcare professionals to support student health

Respond promptly to health emergencies and provide first aid as necessary

Ensure pliance with local, state, and federal health policies

Qualifications :

Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license

Valid Illinois School Nurse Certification

Experience in pediatric or school nursing preferred

Strong munication and organizational skills

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
