The Opportunity : We are looking for a collaborative Associate Financial Advisor (AFA) to partner with a Senior Financial Advisor on a planning‑centric team. This role is designed for a professional who is very organized and loves the relationship side of finance. You will help deliver deep retirement planning, tax, and investment advice to a select group of clients without the pressure of prospecting or cold-calling.

What You'll Do : You will be a key member of the advisory team, ensuring our clients feel cared for, informed, and confident in their financial future.
Collaborative Planning & Support
- Partner with a Senior Financial Advisor to prepare for client review meetings.
- Participate in client meetings to document key conversations and decisions.
- Create comprehensive financial and tax plans using MoneyGuide Elite, Tamarac, and Holistiplan.
- Support the Senior advisor by following up on key tasks and ensuring our clients are cared for .
Client Relationship Management
Serve as a trusted resource for client questions and service needs.Connect with new clients to coordinate onboarding and ensure a smooth, welcoming transition into the firm.Manage client communication and data within our CRM (Wealthbox) to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.Investments & Implementation
Develop expertise in Covenant’s evidence‑based investment philosophy.Collaborate with the Portfolio Trading team to implement portfolio changes, tax‑loss harvesting, and rebalancing.Ensure client portfolios remain aligned with their long-term life goals.Process & Team Contribution

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.1+ years of direct financial planning experience.Current Series 65 (or equivalent) and a clean U4.Strong understanding of core financial planning concepts (investments, retirement, tax, estate).Strong Organizational and Task Management Skills : You are adept at managing multiple projects and following through on details.Communication Skills : You listen well, write clearly, and enjoy connecting with people.Team Mindset : You enjoy collaboration and believe the best work happens in a coordinated team.Preferred Qualifications
