Expertise in Active Directory , including DNS , DHCP , and Group Policy Objects (GPO). Strong command of TCP / IP networking and ability to troubleshoot complex network issues. Experience with Fortinet Firewalls —configuration, management, and support. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (formerly Azure AD). Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices , including system hardening, patch management, and compliance protocols. Hands-on experience with VMware virtualization platforms. Exposure to endpoint detection and response (EDR / XDR) and SIEM technologies. Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Fortinet). Scripting experience using PowerShell for automation and system management.
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated System Administrator to join our fast-paced and growing IT team. This role is vital in ensuring seamless IT operations, providing full end-to-end support to internal users, managing Microsoft-based infrastructure, and driving multiple concurrent IT initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments and brings a service-first mindset to every task.
Mandatory Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in a senior Helpdesk or SysAdmin role.
- Strong ability to work independently and prioritize under pressure with multiple simultaneous requests.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding service even in high-stress scenarios.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills , with a high level of organization and attention to detail .
- Demonstrated employment stability and willingness to make a long-term commitment .

Significant Advantages
Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery tools such as Veeam or Acronis .
