Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated System Administrator to join our fast-paced and growing IT team. This role is vital in ensuring seamless IT operations, providing full end-to-end support to internal users, managing Microsoft-based infrastructure, and driving multiple concurrent IT initiatives. Mandatory Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in a senior Helpdesk or SysAdmin role.
- Strong ability to work independently and prioritize under pressure with multiple simultaneous requests.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding service even in high-stress scenarios.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills , with a high level of organization and attention to detail .
- Demonstrated employment stability and willingness to make a long-term commitment .
Required Technical Skills
Administration of Windows Server 2019 / 2022 and Windows 11 in a corporate environment.Expertise in Active Directory , including DNS , DHCP , and Group Policy Objects (GPO).Strong command of TCP / IP networking and ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.Experience with Fortinet Firewalls —configuration, management, and support.Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices , including system hardening, patch management, and compliance protocols.Significant Advantages
Hands-on experience with VMware virtualization platforms.Exposure to endpoint detection and response (EDR / XDR) and SIEM technologies.Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery tools such as Veeam or Acronis .
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Fortinet).Scripting experience using PowerShell for automation and system management.
